Paolo Regis

Born in Vercelli (Italy) in 1979. He studied Photography and Visual Communication at CFP Bauer School in Milano.
 
FROM LONDON TO DALAI LAMA

In London he was assisting famous photographers such as David Sims, Mert and Marcus at Big Sky. He worked as a photographer in Milano, New York, London, Bangkok, Oslo, and Amsterdam, and was published in international fashion magazines such as Vogue Italia, Marieclaire, D di Repubblica, Style, Corriere della Sera, ELLE India, Maxim, Anglomania or All Access Magazine among the other and shooting celebrities such as Sienna Miller, Elio Fiorucci, Grace Jones, Naomi Campbell, Giorgio Armani, Vivienne Westwood. Very close to H.H. the Dalai Lama as his official Italian photographer. During the official Dalai Lama exhibition in Livorno, Italy – in June 2014 for Dalai 80′ anniversary, he worked on a unique project published on Italian Marie Claire – Kalachacra in Ladakh.

Paolo is driven by his commitment to benefiting causes, which drove his participation in the Alice Project and Human Power. The Human Power project was shown at the Biennale Venezia 2015, Photissima, and at the Focus Photography Festival in Mumbai in March 2015. One of his last works was realized between India and Africa, with a unique reportage of a Masai village.
